On an iPhone 6 How do I caption photos without the text appearing across the picture?

I have just now created and uploaded a captioning video on you tube (Made using iPhone only).
Caption outside the picture not across or over.
I still didn't get what you are trying to do. You placed a caption on a white frame, under the picture. So this is where it stays.
After clicking TEXT that word appears across the picture and the caption replaces it also across the pic
And how do you want it?
