Different Apple ID on iCloud backup.

I tried backing up an old phone of mine and it gave me the option of restoring the phone from a specific back up date & I picked that option. However, I received a message/ notification that stated - “this iCloud backup includes purchases from the App Store that were made with a different Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID for _________ to restore these purchases.” Here’s my concern: no one has ever used my phone to download any apps. I didn’t see any unusual apps on my phone either. The only unusual thing I saw on the list of items that were backed up was something that said “keyboard data (Chinese & Japanese). I know these might be two separate issues in one but can anyone advise as to wether or not this meant I was hacked? And what are the reasons that I would get that notification? Under what circumstances. Thank you so much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to transfer the purchases, you can click transfer. You will not be able to access iTunes with your current ID for 90 days if you do that. iTunes Support might be able to make it so you don't have to wait 90 days.

Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

Based on what you have posted, I don't have an answer to your question. If all the apps on the phone are in your purchase history as you posted above, I don't understand why any better than you do.

You might change your password as a precaution.

Thanks for your reply! There is that option & I already restored the phone without those purchases. But it continues to ask me to sign for that specific iTunes/ iCloud account. Would you happen to know why something like this would happen in the first place? I didn’t see any unusual app and I don’t share my account with anyone or have any family sharing.
