Classroom App

Hi, I am using the classroom app in my class and I do not have access to the screen icon. No one in my school district knows how to unlock it. It shows up gray when I click on the student. On my main page with all of the icons at the top. I am missing the one that says screen.

I use APPLE Classroom and MDM Mosley and my problem is that the kids keep changing the settings without permission. These are at-risk teens in a quasi military environment so discipline is an issue and the school restrictions are high.

App Store not showing on home screen How do I put the App Store icon on my child's home screen. I have not restricted access in parental controls. I do have access limitations, content restrictions, and download and purchase permissions set.

Apps not showing up on Home Screen I'm wondering why none of my apps are showing up on my daughter's iPhone 13 mini. The home screen simply does not show them at all, even though they are downloaded in settings. There is Parental Controls on the phone, but I forget to what extent I put them at, and cannot seem to check it. All Screen Time apps are on 'Always Avaliable'. When I go into the settings her Apple ID is grey and unable to be opened. Not sure what to do... Is there a way to fix it from her iPhone instead of mine? Edit: They are also not in the App Library. I can only find them when I check in Settings at the very bottom. 'Backround App Refresh' is also grey and unable to be clicked on.
