Apps not showing up on Home Screen

I'm wondering why none of my apps are showing up on my daughter's iPhone 13 mini. The home screen simply does not show them at all, even though they are downloaded in settings. There is Parental Controls on the phone, but I forget to what extent I put them at, and cannot seem to check it. All Screen Time apps are on 'Always Avaliable'. When I go into the settings her Apple ID is grey and unable to be opened. Not sure what to do... Is there a way to fix it from her iPhone instead of mine?

Edit: They are also not in the App Library. I can only find them when I check in Settings at the very bottom. 'Backround App Refresh' is also grey and unable to be clicked on.

Change where new apps get downloaded

  1. Go to Settings > Home Screen.
  2. Select an option such as Add to Home Screen or App Library Only.
