imperial weights and measures I cannot change the Health Data on Apple Watch series 5... Advice tells me to click on Units - to change from cm to feet & inches and the same for kg to lbs or stone and pounds - but it does not give me the option of changing this data.

On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data (tab) > Body Measurements:

Tap on Weight > tap on Unit > change to kg.
Return to Body Measurements, then tap on Height > tap on Unit > change to cm.

The changes will also be reflected on your Apple Watch.
