How do I change my Apple Watch to pounds instead of kg

On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data (tab) > Body Measurements:
- Tap on Weight > tap on Unit > change to kg.
- Return to Body Measurements, then tap on Height > tap on Unit > change to cm.
The changes will also be reflected on your Apple Watch.
