AirPods and Magnets

Will keeping my AirPods and charging case with my magnetic bill fold in my pocket damage them? Will placing just my AirPods on the small magnets (located at the top of the screen which help keep it closed) of my MacBook damage them? Thanks!

AirPods Case Not Closing Does it Affect it in Any Way? So I bought the dust protectors for my AirPods and now when I go to close them it closes but not all the way and does not have a the snap anymore. I just want to know if it affects them.

AirPods 2nd Gen Charging Case Feels Loose So I just bought AirPods from Target and as I opened the case, it felt loose. The magnet seems to work when closing and stays closed, but once opened, the lid sort of feels loose? I don’t know how to exactly describe it, but I wanted to see if this was normal or not. I’d appreciate any and all help! Here’s a picture of the AirPods in case it’s needed. Wish I was able to take a video in order to show what I mean instead
