iPhone 7 Microphone

All three of my microphones are not working, when I make calls I can’t hear the receiver nor can they hear me. Also in calls the speaker button is completely greyed out and FaceTime calls don’t connect. And the lightning port won’t work with lightning connector headphones. I’ve tried everything from cleaning out the microphones to completely resetting the phone. Can someone help?
