After wiping drive Recovery wants to install Mojave Beta. How do I get Recovery to download the official version?

I followed the instructions in "What to do before you sell, give away or trade in your Mac". At the time I did this I was running the current version of Mojave but I had been a part of the Mojave beta program in the past. The Recovery partition wants to install the Mojave Beta. I've already used Disk Utility to erase the internal SSD - can't go back to that to correct any problem.

So, how do I induce the Recovery Portion to load the current, non-Beta, version? I can't give this computer away with the Beta and it needs to go out as if it were new.

Thanks for any advice.

I would try Internet Recovery. Command + Option + R on startup.
