How do I get my phone back working, after it says iphone is disabled.

I have a iphone 5c that I'm trying to use again. But I can't get passed the iPhone is disabled.

I also have a 8 that I'm currently using.

As you can see, it says that you have to connect to iTunes. So, you have to do that and follow the directions :)
