The scribble option on my Apple Watch 3 is no longer availabe where do I turn it back on
My Apple watch3 does not show the scribble option like it used to

There is no way to turn Scribble on or off, it is enabled if it is supported by the working language you have selected. Check your current language setting against the availability list, https://www.apple.com/watchos/feature-availability/ . If you have installed several languages and Scribble has disappeared this is the most likely cause, tweak your language selection (for example, in iMessage deep press (3D touch) the screen to change language).
Also, it’s a computer, so in case of any doubt... reboot! Press and hold both buttons until the Apple logo appears then release and let the watch reboot.
