Purchase Problem

Whenever i go to update or download an app, the same message pops up. “There is a payment problem with a family members previous purchase, ask the family organiser to update their payment details.” i don’t know what to do.

Ask the organiser to log into their account and check the payment details screen, and if necessary update or replace their payment method : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
