Hopefully someone was fired over this incredibly useless and problematic error message. How does anyone resolve this when there are no real instructions as to how to fix it? Would it have been so difficult to put a link in the message that would take you to the proper screen or setting that needs to be updated? Would that be so difficult?

Mine is also doing the same thing I can't update any apps without it saying "There is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchase."
