Tried in Safari v12+, Chrome v74+ with 2-3 network operators with decent bandwidth. It's working on other devices within same network but not on the Mac unfortunately. Is there any solution?

Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.
