Disable Screen Recording

Xfinity app won't allow streaming to standard HDTV from new iPad Pro (iOS 12.1.1) via HDMI unless screen recording is disabled. (Assume they don't want offline capture of content) Previous help on this topic suggests going to "Restrictions" setting under "General"..., but I don't see that under my General tab
