Where do i report fake billing for iCloud storage?

I received a suspicious bill to my wrong apple mail account claiming my credit card was denied... for iCloud storage.

Where do I report this?

You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

reportphishing@apple.com

scam to my icloud account I had a scam scare that I almost got taken for $500. I did stop it in time, but now I had to get a new cc and do not see how to update for the icloud payment.
