Help! I keep getting IPhone & Siri Suggestions on my lock screen showing the song ‘Dancing Queen ‘ by ABBA! I even went so far as to delete it from my library but it’s still there...I’m going nuts...help!

I understand that you are getting a Siri music suggestion on the lock screen on your iPhone that you do not want to see. You have tried deleting the song, but it still shows up. I would recommend starting with the following support article: Use Siri Shortcuts
This section should address your issue:
"Turn off suggested shortcuts from Search, Look Up, or the Lock screen
If you don’t want to see Siri Suggestions or Shortcuts for a specific app, go to Settings > Siri & Search, then scroll down and tap the app. From here, you can turn off all Search, Suggestions, and Shortcuts for that app. Or turn off Allow on Lock Screen to remove suggestions for that app on the Lock screen.
Go to Settings > Siri & Search, scroll down and turn off Suggestions in Search, Suggestions in Look Up, or Suggestions on Lock Screen."
I would leave them off and restart the iPhone and then reenable them if you want to see them.
