Remove music from lock screen

I have an iPhone XS, I have tried every step online to remove my music from my lock screen but I can’t get it to go away.

I have notifications off, I have tried turning off all Bluetooth removed music from widgets, turned everything off in the Face ID page. I don’t know what else to try and I really would like this removed. Help please!
