While trying to install MacOS Mojave on Mac book displaying "An error occured validating the installer data. The download is either damaged or incomplete."
How to proceed.
Did you try to download again, hopefully this time without interruptions in transfer.
I do not know a way to repair the installer package.

Not sure why you marked your question as "Solved" since it's "unresolved". Nonetheless, try installing while in Safe Mode.

tried 4-5 times with same problem.

Check your Application Folder to see if "Install macOS Mojave.app" is there. If it is, drag it to the Trash, and enter your password to trash it. Download a fresh copy of the macOS Mojave installer.
