how to close any desk when I start turn on the MacBook Air
when I turn on my MacBook Air, my app anydesk it s always open.

Either you will have to make an AnyDesk settings change to remove it from launching at startup and/or go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > (Your user account) > Login Items tab, and then, look to see if AnyDesk is one of the login items. If it is delete it.
