My iphone xs max got flicker during brightness and slow motion. Is it a hardware problem or software problem.

This is normal. As it the way the camera operates during slow motion shootings. Take it Apple Store to have it looked at. Ta.

in my country Nepal there is no apple store. so what every the replay over here we need to solve it. so if you have any method to solve this issue plz help.
