homepod audio ouput changes

Our audio output always changes back to HDMI randomly. We have to go back to settings and change the output back to the homepod. This is quite annoying. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? Thanks

Anyone else having issues with their HomePod mini speakers since updating to HomePod version 15.5? I have been having issues with HomePod mini speakers playing from my desktop Music application since upgrading to HomePod Version 15.5. I have tried restarting and I am now getting ready to reset my 4 HomePod speakers, but is anyone else experiencing issues since the update?

Homepod Stereo Speakers - Right / Left Speakers Settings under Homepod settings/audio settings - No sound for right/left indicator Since v15.4.1 and now v15.5 - I am not able to set the left / right speakers under Homepod's setting - audio settings. When tapping this orange bar - there is "ding" audio coming from both speakers to help determine which speaker is left or right. Currently have to rely on third party youtube video to help in this settings. Looks like we have a feature under Homepod settings/audio settings which is not funtioning. Hope apple able to fix this soon. See screen shots for the homepod settings

HomePod latest update is too buggy I love the sound quality of these speakers but they have become nearly useless as I have to reboot them all the time. It is easier to just grab my headphones to listen to music. It is very irritating that I now have expensive paper weights.

It might be that your wifi is running in two channels or bands and you need to disable one so it’s not switching itself to one that your other device isn’t using. Since they both need to be on the same network.
