Mickey/Minnie Giggle

I have the apple watch 4 and noticed that sometimes Mickey/Minnie will giggle after they give the time and sometimes they won't. Is there a trick or secret to get them to giggle, or is it programmed to only happen randomly? I'd love to be able to do something to elicit the cute giggle when showing friends and kids. Thanks!
