Installing Adobe CS5 on MacAir OS High Sierra 10.13.6

I have used Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium for years. Currently using on my iMac with OS Sierra 10.12.6 without issue. I am licensed for 2 computers. I am now trying to install on new MacAir with High Sierra 10.13.6. Installation was normal. All applications appear on hard drive. However, when I double click to open: To open "Adobe Illustrator CS5" you need to install the legacy Java SE6 runtime. I downloaded that from Java.com, installed and it appeared to install normally. When I try to open any app same message re: Java appears. I am aware of 32-bit v. 64 bit and Adobe wanting me to pay monthly from cloud. If you have a work around for me, please advise.
