I tried completing my Apple ID and I was told to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction. My

So I created a new Apple ID and whenever I try to complete the verification in App Store, I’m told to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction. I didn’t link a credit card to it, so the problem isn’t that.

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
