Can't sign into Itunes

I changed my Apple id but after that, have not been able to sign into Itunes on my Mac. Managed to do it on my phone though. Please help?

I can not log into my iTunes account on my mini mac, and i have all the right passwords and logins I have my iTunes login and correct password but can not login to my iTunes on mini mac. it says it is incorrect and sends a warning and code to my phone.
