Can't login to Itunes with new AppleID/password

I can't login to iTunes Store.


I changed my AppleID and password a few days ago (due to possible email hack). Now iTunes Store will not accept either my old or new AppleID/password.


I can login to iCloud on iMac with new AppleID/password, can see Files on iCloud drive on iPhone, and it did do the automatic iCloud backup from iPhone last night.


I am using an old Mac OS (for a reason):

iMac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

iTunes 12.7.4.76

iPhone SE iOS 12.0.1 (and I just noticed there's a 12.1 available).

Thanks, Eric. I will try the Support. It rejects the ID/password I have typed in as incorrect and tells me to enter them again; after 3 times (or was it 2) it tells me to go verify; I followed the given link and did that, and did verify the new ID/password; iTunes still rejects it. (I've been through that process twice today and once right after changing the ID/password a few days ago.)


Also, windows randomly pop up on the iMac saying "enter password for [my old AppleID]:" and I can enter either the old or new password and it rejects it. (I am guessing these windows are generated by things like Messages, Calendar etc. but they don't indicate where they come from.)
