How to download previous versions of apps?

I have an iPhone 5 and the gmail app requires an iOS of 11 or higher. Is it possible to download a previous version compatible with my device? Thank you.

No this not possible. If not in the App Store you can’t. Only if you backed a copy in the iCloud. Then it might be possible. Ta

You can't back up apps in iCloud. Only on your computer.
