White stain on MacBook Pro 2017 Screen.

Dear Community, I've been using this MacBook Pro for around a year and a half now, it has been taken good care of, never fell or even been scratched or dented. I opened it today and noticed a white dash like spot on the right side of the screen, only visible off white background, as well as when you completely turn off the backlight and light this spot with your iPhone flashlight. I tried rubbing it away with a screen sponge but to no avail. Any ideas on what might have caused it?

My Macbook Pro (13" 2020) has an unusual stain on its screen. I've only had the computer for just under a week and I didn't notice an issue until about a couple of hours ago. At first I thought it must be a smudge or a stain and attempted to wipe it off with a microfibre lens cloth, but it had no effect and upon closer inspection almost seems to be internal. It's not at all visible when my screen is white/active unless I deliberately catch it with the light, but it's very visible when the screen is dark/asleep. I've been ultra-delicate with this machine since its purchase and have actually used it pretty sparingly so I can't think of any physical reason why this would have happened. I was considering taking it into the nearest apple Service Provider, but I thought I'd check here first to see if anybody is familiar with the issue.

Strange white spot on my MacBook Pro 2017 screen Hello folks, I bought the new MacBook Pro 13' 2017 in September last year and I always take a lot of care with it. I have protective covers, microfiber cloths (no chemicals, just with water) to wipe the screen and anti dust film to the keyboard during typing. However, since the end of January I discovered some dead pixels in some places on the screen, but what really worried me was a strange white spot on the screen. I tried to clean the screen, but the white spot is still there! Different from the dead pixels that I can only see them closely and on a white background, this white spot is easily visible in places with ambient light, especially when the light is illuminating the screen directly. I'm worried that spot and dead pixels getting worse and I'm also worried if the genius bar technician will say that this problem was caused by "misuse"', because I have great care with my Mac. I use it for my programming studies and related works on my Computer Science major, So I need this computer very much!

Dark spot like s scratch on the new screen of MacBook Hi guys! After 2 weeks of carefully use of MacBook Air 2020, the smallest dark spot appeared on the screen. Looks like a scratch but on inside cos outside screen is clean and perfect. Does somebody could now what it is ? Or may be smb has smth ...
