by mistake I ticked the case "don't ask me about sending receipts again" on then click on send.
how can I change that feature under outlook 2016 for Mac ?
The system is automatically sending the read receipts without asking me anymore now :o(
You could try moving the preferences out of your user Library/Preferences folder.
I don’t know exactly where it lives or if it uses the standard name like com.microsoft.outlook.plist
Have you looked in the Preferences or asked Microsoft.
I would imagine there would be a lot more Outlook users on Microsoft's website than here.
