Troubleshooting with start OS

Hello. I'm teacher and today showed me my student problem with starting MBA 2018. After pressed ON button appeared alert in multi-language form and then I looked this - vis pict. (sorry for quality). I tied recovery start and it was good - I tried in this repaid disc. But after restart was the same problem. Thanks fir help.

Can I help myself or must I go to services?

MacBook startup problem? Starting IUK my MacBook this morning ended up with a failure and the result, a message saying the failure was identified and shows a flashing folder with a question mark and a web page address for “support.Apple.com/Mac/startup”. Explored the web page, disk utility etc but no joy! Any possible way to get this MacBook alive again?

Macbook startup problem Hi, maybe somebody had the same problem, it started not so long time ago, when I plug charger on my mac and closing the lid after few minutes when opening lid my mac shows error message- support.apple.com/mac/startup. I realized that this happens only when plugging charger and closing mac lid. I tried to reinstall ios, also tried all manipulations as written in apple support website. After some manipulation it starts up, but happens again. Maybe somebody had the same problem and what helped to solve it? Thanks in advance.!
