Unpair Bluetooth device when no (i)?

I’ve got a new Wahoo Tickr X heart rate monitor, and I can’t connect it to my MapMyRun because it’s already connected to my iPhone. Trouble is, I can’t unpair it / forget it from my phone as there is no (i) next to it on the device list. How do I unpair it? TIA.
