Family Sharing can’t add family members
Whether I send an invitation via iMessage or in person, I enter the Apple ID and tap the next button and nothing happens. The screen just won’t proceed to the next screen. Please help!

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a forced restart.
