I can’t sign out of the crave app on my tv. Is it an Apple TV box problem?
I click on sign out, it asks “are you sure “ I click on ok, it goes to where they show all the apps, I click on crave again, go to settings click on that and it shows sign out and my old email address. It won’t let me sign out
I assume you mean silver remote? It would then be a 2nd or 3rd gen. As you didn't initially specify I assumed it was a current model and was running the app, my apologies.
In that case the only thing you could try would be a reboot. If it persisted you would need to contact Crave.

What exactly is occurring when you attempt to sign out?
Have you tried force quitting the app? Reinstalling?
I don’t know what that is
It’s a few years old,has a silver hand unit.
