Sort photos in shared album....?

How can I sort photos within a Shared album? They appear to be in the order in which they were added but I want them in chronological order. Thanks.

The Shared albums are supposed to be sorted by the date added, at least, when viewed in Photos on a Mac. When you open a shared album and click the View menu "View > Sort", you will see, that it is set to "Keep sorted by oldest date added".

But when I publish a shared album as a public website and view the slideshow on the web, the photos will be rearranged (on the web only), when I add a comment. A comment will move the photo to the end of the album.

Thanks for the reply. Weird though because all of my other shared albums are in Chrono order no matter how they were added. I just have a couple that are off and I cannot figure out how to fix other than adding them all back (in order), but there are about 1200 photos so that option does not seem appealing. Being able to sort by chronological order seems a pretty basic function!

You can't change the sort order of a shared album. It's always going to be in the order added. Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added in Photos via Feedback - Photos - Apple.
