Brand new iphone xs with dent out of box.

Hi,

I am currently living in South Korea and I received my new iphone XS through a friend who lives in Hawaii.

I opened box and I found a dent between bezel and screen out. I contact apple support 4 times(2 times Apple US & 2 times Apple Korea).

Apparently, my iphone xs is not able to get any support from Apple Korea as my iphone model is A1920, which is not selling in South Korea.

Its very frustrating that My brand new iphone, which cost me $1,149, has a dent but also anyone in Apple support can’t suggest any solution.

I asked Apple support US that if it would be possible to send my iphone via DHL or Fedex for an exchange but they said I have to bring my iphone to the store in a couple of day, which is impossible as I am living in South Korea.

I’ve using macbook & iphone over 10 years and never had this type of quality control issue and I could easily get helped from Apple support.. And now I am having a very disappointing and frustrating time.

Does anyone have this kinda problem and get solved?
