Apple Music isn’t playing songs

I had just subscribed to the Apple Music app on the family plan. I’ve downloded songs and created a playlist but when I try and play a song, it shuffled through around an inconsistent amount of different songs in the playlist. When it decides to stop it stays on that one song without playing it.

This problem was resolved by signing out of my Apple iTunes and App Store and signing back in. Go to Settings > your name > iTunes & App Store > tap on Apple ID > sign out. Be sure to turn iCloud back on to regain any playlists you may have made
