Unscramble apps with screen time

Is there a way to unscramble apps that have been scrambled from their place on pages of the iphone and revert them back to the place they used to be. It usually happens on my children's devices when time limits run out. I have been working with Screen Time to limit their usage. It's frustrating and unnecessary for them.
