Cannot delete Apps from my iPhone

I cannot delete apps from my phone. I’ve tried deleting from toggling the apps, from the App Library when I press ans hold an icon, and I’ve turned off the screen time section of my settings. The option to delete doesn’t even come up. Any other ideas? Thank you!

First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.

Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]

There are six possibilities

Delete an offloaded App
Delete an App from the Home Screen
Remove an App from the Home Screen - Will be placed in the App Library
Delete an App from the App Library
Delete an inbuilt App - Not feasible
Delete an inbuilt App with one feature - You do not get any options either (e.g. Magnifier)
