Hi, my wife and I have an iPhone each on one iCloud account. This was no problem until we got two apple watches. Now if i get a call my wife's apple watch rings! I assume that another account is needed but not sure how to proceed.
You do not need another account.
Go to Settings > Phone > Calls on other Devices - Disable this
That's it.

No, the problem is that if I receive a call, my apple watch rings which is correct, but my wife's apple watch also rings which it shouldn't, at the same time. It was okay until the apple watches were synced.
