Resetting Web Inspector/Element Inspector

Hi, how do I reset Web Inspector/Element Inspector? I'm trying to upload pictures to my Instagram account for my business and I'm unable to do this. At one time I was able to do this without and issues but I'm not longer able to do this.

I tried following a YouTube video and mess up Web Inspector/Element Inspector during the video.

I've tried resetting my Safari but I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any thoughts or should I just take my computer into Apple and have them resolve the issue. Thanks, Kelly
