AppleTV 4K App Activation failure

I own the AppleTV 4K (the larger amount of memory....the exact amount fails me at present).

When I attempt to activate the ShowtimeAnytime App on the 4K using the ShowtimeAnytime app on my iPhone, the iPhone app tell me the activation was successful.....but the 4K app never seems to get the activation. It just sits there on the passcode page.

Ive tried everything I can think....even trashing the 4K app and reinstalling a fresh copy......no luck.

All my other 4K apps seem to be fine. All other activations work without troubles.

Any ideas?
