You can't reset your security questions via call to an Apple Support.

This is what I get when I try to go to get support everytime
If tried resetting them myself but it doesnt work and all the apple support numbers I've called just ring and cut out without answer
You can't try to reach out to an American Support via chat. I think that they could help.

Spoke to a UK support advisor via chat, they not allowed to reset via chat and she couldnt organise a callback to verify my identity.
