Can I have an Inage Removed from a Reply to my Own Post?

I have a post on which I had added image to my own reply. I would like to have just that one image removed.

With some personal info on it, please reply to let me know how to remove the image directly from the reply.

Thanks. :)

Which post? You can not edit a post after about 15 minutes. If you let us know which post we can ask the hosts to remove it.

I asked the hosts to remove the second screenshot in the one post that showed your name.

EDIT - Quit posting links to the images. That just means that there will be more images to clean up.

EDIT 2 - the screenshot is gone now.

With the new system, there is is no way NOT to post the link to the image... the image can be removed but the image remains at its URL after

see?

Image link persists even after a thread or post is removed

This is a flaw that did not happen with AppleJiveWare - the 'engineers' crafting the New SiteWare are learning as they go.

It would probably be impossible to do so. But having taken part in this discussion site, and leveling up my specialty levels.

My score are so way down there, yet my levels are so high.

“Helpful” shows up on my Mac, yet it is NIT shown on the iPhone. And Vice Versa.

Is there any way to catch all these? I have a hunch that it’s just not possible to interpret all of these though.

— And my thumb hit the “Answered”, though not intentional. It doesn’t even show up as being so on the Mac.

I understand why you posted the screenshots. I have posted images countless times in the past and I have also made the mistake of posting something personal and had to ask for help. It happens. I was just trying to catch you before you posted more links to the image.

It appears as though the discussion in question has been totally cleaned up now.

This is not something that we users can do anything about

The site was recently changed and this is an unintended consequence of which the 'engineers' have been made aware, but have yet to address

The image links are relatively "safe" since they are somewhat obscure (requires "using" the link to see)

If you want the links removed too, we will need to do a LOT more reporting to achieve that.
