boxing workout

I just bought a series 4 watch. Can I leave it on while I am doing a boxing routine hitting the bags? Will this be too much stress for the watch?

will work fine. Remember there is boxing workout in other. Start other work out. And when finishing it edit name. Also make sure you use loop strap. Ta
