iOS is up to date but iTunes shows not

Hi there

in my iPhone the system is updated to the latest 12.1.2; however when i plug it to iTunes(12.9.2.6) it requests for downloading the same version, attached is the two pictures from phone and PC

Should I update from PC or ignore it (it's about 3GB)

You are on version 16C101 of 12.1.2

itunes is offering 16C104

There are only minor differences

Apple issued a 2nd version of iOS 12.1.2. The latest version is only available via iTunes.
