youtube iOS 9.3.5 download ??

I have a good working iPod touch 16gb that only goes to iOS 9.3.5 but perfect for my son 2 years we just want youtube app but now its been updated to iOS 10.0 and above can we download the earlier app from a 3 party site so it will work. ?? as it was working on his iPad 2 because it was already installed but when we signed in and looked a app purchaces youtube was not there so could not download

please there must be a way can someone send me a link. for this

YouTube update. Goodnight! i'm going to the community in case you can help me with a problem. i have an iPad 10 years ago and works perfectly but this week, when I was going to watch one of my YouTube subscriptions, a note appears on the screen saying that I have to update YouTube. When I try to do it, the YouTube app. tells me that this application is not compatible with my iPad without giving me any other option, therefore I can't see YouTube. if someone can help me I would be so thankful. many thanks in advance.
