iMac 27 inch Late 2015 5k keeps Kernal panicing

Hi ,


The machine has been put back to factory settings and rebuilt from scratch , issue occured on El capitan & Mojave.

Another thought to help you make a decision is that you could run Apple Diagnostics to see if it reports a problem How to use Apple Diagnostics on your Mac - Apple Support
