How do I delete folders in Outlook on my iPad?

I have deleted folders in Outlook on my PC. They still appear on my iPad as empty folders. How do I get rid of the empty folders?

Have you tried to go into the settings, accounts and passwords, remove that outlook account, then re-add the info?
