How do i password-protect my hidden photos folder in iphone

How do I password-protect ;and

lock hidden photos within my password-protected phone? Similarly how about creating a locked hidden documents folder within my iphone. Is there a way to do that?

No there is not. If your iPhone is passcode protected there isn't a need for a second one. And there is no user accessible file management system on the iPhone.
