Do I need to pay for keyboard replacement of my Macbook Pro 2016 Touchbar Keyboard?

Hi Im JP from the Philippines,

Some of my keyboard keys starts to pop-out. So I went to Switch Service Center for the repair. They do a quick check like for about less than a minute and told me that the entire keyboard needs to be replaced and I need to pay 27,000 PHP or roughly 512 USD.

Im actually aware on the keyboard replacement program but not sure if I need to pay the amount and if the entire keyboard is also covered by the program.

I purchased my MBP on year 2017.

Do I really need to pay for the keyboard replacement?
